1300Locate were engaged by Bennett and Bennett Brisbane to provide locating and Pipe Survey operations on the abandoned site of what is now the Marriott resort Momi Bay. The abandoned site had a lot of foundations left incomplete with rebar, mesh etc protruding from footings. Sewer and storm water were also missing manhole lids couple this with grass 2m tall and you have an unsafe and potentially life threatening situation. 1300Locate in conjunction with Bennett and Bennett collaborated a safe work approach and all works completed without injury and the supply of information was provided and utilised to create what you see today.
