An as constructed or as-built survey is an important document that shows additions (such as utilities, buildings and other improvements) that have been added to the land. These surveys are requested by many industries and can be an invaluable tool for anyone working inside the property boundary.
An As-Con is normally developed in the design phase of a project to record and map underground utilities, kerb and channel, roads property boundaries etc, designers and consultants use this document to design incoming utilities, utility relocation, upgrading of utilities and location of buildings, fences and driveways etc.
It is good practice to develop an As-Con during Concept or Concept Design, if you are thinking of developing High Rise, Commercial, Pipeline or Civil give one of our specialised in-house consultants a call we’ll be happy to help.
